Delivery times

With every product on the website you will immediately see the current stock status. This concerns the stock status in our own warehouse. If you order and pay on working days before 12:00, your order will be shipped the same day!


Product in stock


The stock listing on our website is real-time and up-to-date. If you want to get the product right away, reserve it for security purposes via a reservation order on our website. This prevents someone from buying the product while you are on our way.


Product not in stock


Our standard delivery time for products that are not in stock is about 5-10 working days. If the product has a delivery time "Production", then we can not deal with

certainty when the product can be delivered exactly. This product then goes into production the moment you place the order. Keep in mind a delivery period of 4 weeks if the status is on production.

At the Warmteshop you can use package shipping.


We charge € 15, - transport costs per infrared panel (collie) (From 750 euros we send free)


If you have chosen to have your order sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail from our carrier when the package is sent to you. Through this mail you can adjust the day of delivery. You can also ask to leave the shipment at another location.


Delivery time

Having stock items sent means, in almost all cases, that your order is delivered to you the next working day, provided it is in stock and paid for.


If you are not at home

If you are not at home on delivery, the order will be offered again the next day.

If you miss this delivery, the items will be returned to us.


Pay attention!

The delivery time of your order is not fixed in advance. It is therefore important that someone is present after 17:00 at the delivery address.


Provide an alternative delivery address and / or a mobile number, because otherwise no contact can be included with 'no one at home'. Our delivery method is only possible in Belgium and the Netherlands whereby the Wadden Islands are excluded.


Paying your order


You can pay with us in different ways.


Pay in our webshop

You can pay your order via bank account, via telebanking or through iDeal, no further costs are involved.


Pay at pick-up at our warehouse (by appointment)


Pay in advance by bank

You pick up your order at our warehouse (by appointment) and pay it in advance by bank.


Pay in cash

You pick up your order at our warehouse (by appointment) and pay it in cash at the checkout.


Pay with card

You pick up your order at our warehouse (by appointment) and pay it with the card. Note ..., the limit of your bank card is often € 2500, - per week. If in doubt, contact your bank for safety
